KATHARINE WOODMAN-MAYNARD

Katharine Woodman-Maynard is an illustrator, animator, and graphic designer based in Concord, NH. She finds much inspiration in nature and the outdoors as an avid trail runner, nordic skier, and rower. 

Her recent work is highly influenced by folk art of Scandinavia and Russia. Although much of her art resembles wood cuts, she creates her work using a pressure sensitive digital stylus, and by erasing her lines, creates the appearance of a wood cut. 

Katharine recently designed a line of folk art inspired greeting cards for the venerable Saturn Press which has international distribution. Additionally, she sells her own line of prints and greeting cards on her Etsy store under the name Maywood Art. 

She has done graphic design and animation work for many companies including TOMS Shoes, Novartis, and Capital One. Currently, she's excited to be working as a designer for Meo as well! To learn more about Katharine's work, visit her website.
